    Hotmart FIRE is for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and the digital market.


    The festival brings together participants from around the world who are part of, drive, or want to join this market. Attendees include info product creators, content creators, influencers, digital launch agencies, entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals. Additionally, digital strategists, co-producers, affiliates, traffic managers, copywriters, designers, and editors also participate. Even lawyers, doctors, psychologists, and dentists.


    This means that Hotmart FIRE is for everyone who wants to grow in the digital world, build a scalable business, and stay up to date with the latest market trends and innovations.

    Yes, the digital certificate will be sent to the email registered during check-in within seven (7) days after the event.


  • 2. TICKETS

    2.1. How do I receive my ticket? 


    Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your purchase confirmation and access to your Hotmart FIRE ticket.


    2.2. I’m still unsure which ticket to choose. What is the difference between the tickets? 


    Hotmart FIRE 2025 offers 3 types of tickets:


    • BIZ: essential for those who want to explore all days of Hotmart FIRE, enjoy the schedule, and strengthen exchanges. 
    • BIZ Day: perfect for those who want to experience one day of Hotmart FIRE and need to fit the event into a specific date in their schedule. (available for purchase starting in the first quarter of 2025).
    • VIP: for those seeking comfort, amenities, and exclusive content for those already advanced in the digital market. Ideal for those looking to network and do quality business.

    2.3. What are the benefits of the BIZ ticket?


    • Access to all 3 event days.
    • BIZ Welcome Kit.
    • Access to the 4 stages (F, I, R, E).

    • Free cloakroom service, subject to capacity limits. Can accommodate items with maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm.

    2.6. Can I attend the VIP stage talks if I have a BIZ/BIZ DAY ticket? 


    Access to the VIP stage is exclusive to VIP ticket holders. The BIZ or BIZ DAY ticket gives access to all talks at stages I, R, and E.


    2.7. I haven’t decided which day to go, can I change the date of my BIZ Day ticket later?


    The date for the BIZ Day ticket cannot be changed. If you're unsure of your availability, we recommend purchasing the BIZ ticket to secure the best price and enjoy all 3 days of the event.


    2.8. Can I request a refund for the Hotmart FIRE 2025 tickets I purchased?


    A refund request can be made within the withdrawal period defined by the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), i.e., within 7 days of the purchase confirmation. Refund requests must be sent to fire@hotmart.com.

    For tickets purchased less than 7 days before the event, the latest time to request a refund is up to 48 hours before the event begins.


    2.9. Do you issue invoices?


    For Hotmart FIRE ticket purchases, Hotmart issues a fiscal receipt, which holds the same fiscal validity as an invoice, in accordance with the special regime (process 01.085998.18.24) adopted with the municipality of Belo Horizonte, which can be verified at this address. After completing the ticket purchase, the receipt is automatically generated and sent to the registered email. If you do not receive it, contact fire@hotmart.com to request a second copy.


    2.10. What taxes are included in the ticket price?


    The ticket price includes the following taxes: ISSQN, which corresponds to 5% of the total, and PIS/COFINS, which corresponds to 9.25%.


    2.11. What payment methods are available?


    You can pay for your ticket in up to 12 installments without interest via credit card (with up to two cards), PIX, Hotmart account, PayPal, and Caixa virtual card.


    2.12. Is it possible to split the ticket price into installments?


    Yes, the ticket price can be split into up to 12 installments, with no interest, on a credit card (with up to two cards).


    2.13. I don’t have a limit on my card. What should I do?


    You can secure your ticket with an intelligent installment plan that doesn’t affect your card’s limit. Simply finalize the purchase, and this method will be activated automatically.


    2.14. Can I change the payment method after purchasing the ticket?


    Once the purchase is made, the payment method cannot be changed. If you have any doubts about the payment method you selected, send a message to our support at fire@hotmart.com with your order number. Please remember that only the purchaser can request changes to the order.


    2.15. My ticket purchase wasn’t approved. What should I do now?


    A purchase that wasn’t approved is automatically canceled, and no further charge attempts will be made. You should check with your card provider and make a new purchase. If you have questions about your ticket payment, send a message to fire@hotmart.com with the transaction number. Remember, changes can only be made by the original purchaser.


    2.16. Can I buy more than one ticket?


    Yes, individuals or companies can purchase up to 10 tickets of the same category on our platform. To buy more than 10 tickets of the same category, contact fire@hotmart.com for special conditions.


    2.17. Can I purchase different ticket categories in the same transaction?


    No. Tickets from different categories must be purchased in separate transactions. That is, you must make a purchase for each ticket category you wish to buy.


    2.18. Are there special conditions for group ticket purchases?


    Yes. Special conditions apply when purchasing 2 or more tickets.

    If you wish to buy between 2 and 10 tickets of the same category, visit our website to check the group conditions. For purchases above 10 tickets, contact fire@hotmart.com for special conditions.


    2.19. Does the ticket cover all days of the event?


    Tickets in the BIZ and VIP categories are valid for all 3 days of the festival. Only the daily BIZ ticket is valid for one day, the day selected by the participant at the time of purchase. The daily BIZ ticket will be available for purchase in the first quarter of 2025.


    2.20. Can I purchase a ticket for just one day of Hotmart FIRE?


    Starting in 2025, we will offer a daily ticket option in the BIZ Day category. The number of tickets available for this option will be limited. At the time of purchase, participants can choose the day they will attend the event.

    Be sure of your availability when selecting the date for your BIZ DAY ticket, as the date cannot be changed after purchase.


    2.21. Can I buy tickets outside the Hotmart platform?


    The safest way to purchase your Hotmart FIRE ticket is through the official festival website. Hotmart is not responsible for tickets purchased outside the platform or directly from third parties.


    2.22. I bought my ticket but haven’t checked in yet. How do I do it?


    You have 3 ways to check in your ticket:

    A- Via email: search for the email sent from noreply@hotmart.com.br or with the subject “Hotmart FIRE 2025”. Open the link and fill in the required details for the event participant.

    B- Through the platform: log in to the Hotmart platform with the email used during the purchase. If you don’t have an account, create one using the same email. Once logged in, go to “My Purchases” to view the “Hotmart FIRE 2025” product. If you have more purchases in your account, search for “Hotmart FIRE 2025”.

    C- Through the Hotmart App: Download the Hotmart App from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). If you already have it, check if it’s updated to the latest version. Log in using the same email used for the purchase. Go to “My Purchases” to view all your purchases, and search for “Hotmart FIRE 2025”.


    2.23. I’ve already checked in, but I can’t attend Hotmart FIRE. Can I transfer the ownership of my ticket?


    You can transfer your ticket ownership up to 48 hours before the event starts. To do this, access your ticket via the Hotmart platform or app, using the same email as the purchase. If you don’t have an account, create one with the email used for your ticket purchase. Once logged in, go to “My Purchases” and select your ticket to edit the participant’s details.

    For invitation ticket transfers, the change must be requested via email invitefire@hotmart.com up to 48 hours before the event.


    2.24. Can I attend one day and transfer my ticket to someone else for the other days?


    No. Tickets are non-transferable less than 72 hours before the event.


    2.25. Can I upgrade my BIZ or BIZ DAY ticket to VIP?


    Yes, you can upgrade your BIZ or BIZ DAY ticket to VIP. To do so, request the upgrade by emailing fire@hotmart.com. You will need to pay the difference between the original ticket price and the current VIP ticket price.


    2.26. Can I downgrade my VIP ticket to BIZ or BIZ Day?


    No. Hotmart FIRE does not offer ticket downgrades.


    2.27. Are there interest charges for credit card installment payments?


    No. You can buy your ticket in up to 12 installments with no interest.


    2.28. Is there a half-price ticket for students, seniors, or people with disabilities?


    No. By law, half-price tickets apply only to certain cultural, artistic, and recreational events, such as theaters, parks, and museums. Corporate events, like Hotmart FIRE, are not subject to this regulation.


    2.29. Will tickets be sold during the days of Hotmart FIRE 2025?


    Currently, there are no plans to sell tickets during the festival.


  • 3. CREDENTIALING

    3.1. How will credentialing work on the event day?


    Credentialing will open on August 28 at 8:00 AM.

    Therefore, plan to arrive early, avoid queues, and not miss any moment of Hotmart FIRE. To ensure quick entry, check in your ticket in advance to gain access to the fast credentialing counters.

    On the other days, August 29 and 30, credentialing will be available starting at 9:00 AM.


    3.2. Can I pick up another participant's credential in advance or on the event day?


    There will be no pre-festival credentialing open to the public. However, during the event, you can pick up another participant's credential as long as you present the original identification document and a notarized power of attorney signed by the credential holder at the credentialing counter.


    3.3. I lost my credential and/or wristband, what should I do?


    If you lose your credential or wristband, you must file a police report and present it at the credentialing counter for reissuance of a duplicate. Without this procedure, participants will not be allowed entry without the wristband and credential corresponding to the ticket category purchased for the festival.

    Hotmart FIRE is not responsible for the loss, misplacement, theft, robbery, or damage to credentials caused by improper use/conservation or by third-party actions.


    3.4. Can I personalize my credential?


    No! Personalization or alteration of the credential in any way is not allowed. Credentials that have been altered will not be accepted at the event entrance, regardless of whether the QR Code is visible for scanning.



  • 4. ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION

    4.1. How do I get to the event venue?


    You can reach Expominas by car, app taxi, or public transportation (subway or bus).

    The main bus lines that stop near Expominas are 1502, 1510, 2104, 2151, 3053, and 4051.

    To reach by subway, just get off at the Gameleira station and use the exit that gives direct access to Expominas.


    4.2. Is there parking at the venue?


    Yes, the venue has outsourced parking with more than 2,000 spots. The rates are:

    Car: R$ 15.00/hour or R$ 60.00/day

    Motorcycle: R$ 8.00/hour or R$ 30.00/day

    Payment can be made via self-service kiosks or online through the QR Code on the ticket.

    You can also purchase a 3-day parking package with a 25% discount. Just go to one of the parking counters on the first day at any time to make the purchase.


    4.3. Does Hotmart FIRE have a hotel partnership?


    As of now, we have not established any partnerships with hotels.



  • 5. PARTICIPATION OF MINORS

    5.1. Is there a minimum age to attend the event?


    All ages are welcome at Hotmart FIRE 2025. Rest assured, you can enjoy the event with your little ones. For children and babies, the festival offers a family space with support for parents, featuring a minibar, breastfeeding chair, diaper changing station, and toys. Children and babies can stay in the space under the supervision of their parents, as we will not have monitors available.

    Children under 16 years old can attend the event if accompanied by an adult responsible. Teenagers aged 16 and 17 can attend alone with authorization from their guardians.


    5.2. Do minors need to purchase tickets?


    Minors up to 12 years old on the event date can enter Hotmart FIRE 2025 for free. To guarantee entry, they must attend the credentialing counter with the responsible adult and present an original photo ID to prove their benefit.

    Minors from 12 to 17 years old must purchase tickets to attend the festival.


    5.3. I am under 18, can I attend Hotmart FIRE by myself?


    Children up to 16 years old can attend the event if accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. In this case, the accompanying person must have a ticket in the same category to ensure the same access.

    Teenagers aged 16 to 17 can attend the event alone, with authorization from their guardians.


    5.4. In the case of emancipated minors, how does access work?


    Emancipated minors can enter without the presence of their parents or guardians, provided they present the public instrument of emancipation, notarized and registered, and an ID with a photo.


    5.5. In cases where the parents will not attend the event, what are the conditions for someone to act as a legal guardian?


    Besides the parents, legal guardians appointed by court order can also act as representatives. Both parents and guardians must present a responsibility term for the accompanying person, available here, and in the event’s terms and conditions and credentialing.

    5.6. Does Hotmart FIRE have a family space?


    Yes, we will have the Family Space, an area dedicated to supporting families with babies. This space provides changing tables, armchairs, and microwaves to assist with diaper changes and breastfeeding.


  • 6. ACCESSIBILITY

    6.1. How will accessibility be at the event? 


    Hotmart FIRE is an event for everyone, and we are paying extra attention to meet all accessibility requirements, such as wheelchairs, elevators, menus in sign language, sign language interpreters, and simultaneous translation, as well as a specialized team to assist and accompany participants with special needs. If you need any other type of adaptation to improve your experience, we will do our best to accommodate you. Feel free to contact us via email: fire@hotmart.com.


    6.2. Will there be wheelchairs available for rent? 


    We provide a limited number of wheelchairs at the event for those who need them. These wheelchairs are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis upon presentation of a medical report confirming the need. There is no charge for use.


    6.3. Will there be a sign language interpreter at Hotmart FIRE's lectures? 


    There will be a sign language interpreter at all stages, except the VIP stage.


    6.4. Will there be simultaneous translation? 


    Stages I, R, and E will have simultaneous translation to English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The number of radios is limited to 50% of the capacity of each stage.


    6.5. Are guide dogs and/or emotional support dogs allowed? 


    Guide dogs and emotional support dogs are allowed to enter. Law 11.126/05 guarantees the right of visually impaired individuals to be accompanied by their guide dogs in public places and transportation. Therefore, if you have a dog for this type of assistance, you may enter the event, following the rules below: 

    Collar and leash are mandatory for the dogs; 

    Presentation of an updated vaccination card, with proof of multiple and rabies vaccination, signed by a veterinarian registered with the professional regulatory body; Identification tag worn around the dog's neck; 

    Guide Dog Identification Card issued by the competent authority. For support dogs, all the above documents must be presented, but instead of the guide dog identification card, an updated report from a psychiatrist confirming the need for animal companionship must be provided, with all the information about the person and their pet.

    8.1. How is the press accreditation done for Hotmart FIRE 2025?

  • 9. BROADCAST AND RECORDED CONTENT

    9.1. Will there be a live broadcast? 


    As of now, there is no live broadcast planned for Hotmart FIRE 2025.


    9.2. What is Hotmart FIRE On Demand? 


    Hotmart FIRE On Demand is the platform with recordings of the Hotmart FIRE 2025 lectures. In this access, you will find all the lectures whose publication was authorized by the speakers and other involved parties.


    9.3. When will I receive access to the lectures, and for how long will they be available? 


    Your access to Hotmart FIRE On Demand will be granted within 15 days after the festival ends. VIP buyers will have access for 90 days from that date, while BIZ buyers will have access for 30 days. Please note that the access will be granted to the email provided during the ticket check-in.


    9.4. I didn’t receive access to the recorded lectures. What might have happened? 


    If you haven’t received the email with your Hotmart FIRE On Demand access within 15 days after the festival, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Make sure you are logging into the Hotmart platform with the email provided during ticket check-in or with the buyer’s email. If you are still experiencing access issues, please contact our support at fire@hotmart.com.

  • 11. RULES AND PERMISSIONS

    11.1. What can’t I bring to Hotmart FIRE? 


    For the safety of everyone, items that may be considered dangerous will not be allowed, such as: cans. rigid containers with lids (e.g., plastic "tupperware" containers). helmets. firearms or any type of sharp-edged weapons (knives, pocket knives, etc.). chairs/stools. sharp objects. piercing or cutting objects (scissors, utility knives, tweezers, nail clippers). fireworks, explosive devices, flares, and incendiary devices of any kind. alcoholic beverages. poisonous and/or toxic substances, including illegal drugs. skateboards, bicycles, or any type of motorized or non-motorized vehicle. styrofoam, coolers, or any type of storage container. manual or electric air pumps. Under no circumstances will we hold custody of prohibited items; they must be discarded by the owner before entering the event. Entry or stay will not be permitted for those who refuse to dispose of unauthorized items or who exhibit inappropriate behavior contrary to public order.


    11.2. Is it allowed to bring food? 


    Food will be allowed at the event as long as it is in its original sealed packaging. If the food is not industrialized, it must be in a closed plastic container (plastic wrap, aluminum foil, plastic bag). "Tupperware" containers are not allowed. You can bring sandwiches, cut fruits, water in bottles or plastic cups (e.g., mineral water). Boxed juices and soft drinks in bottles up to 600ml are also allowed. Entry will not be allowed for items that pose a safety risk, such as glass bottles, cans, and alcoholic beverages.

    Entry or stay will not be allowed for those who refuse to dispose of unauthorized items or who exhibit inappropriate behavior contrary to public order.


    11.3. Can I bring my professional camera to take photos? 


    Entry of professional or semi-professional cameras is allowed, but other equipment or accessories such as drones or boom cameras are not permitted.


    11.4. How can I report inappropriate behavior from another participant? 


    Please contact the event organizers via the emails: conduct_fire@hotmart.com and fire@hotmart.com. Our code of conduct emphasizes UNCONDITIONAL RESPECT among everyone involved in the event, throughout all stages. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, derogatory practices, or comments that imply intolerance or oppression. The Hotmart team will take appropriate measures to prevent misconduct.


    11.5. Where can I access Hotmart’s code of conduct? 


    Here you can find our complete code of conduct. At Hotmart FIRE, we value respect for diversity in everything we do. This is a practice we are committed to upholding at our events. By registering, Hotmart FIRE participants acknowledge the terms of the Code of Conduct. We aim to make Hotmart FIRE 2025 an even more inclusive, diverse, and democratic event. Hotmart FIRE participants understand and agree that photographs and recordings made during the event may be used by the organizers for promotion and dissemination of the event.

  • 13. NAME CHANGE

    13.1. Why did the festival change its name? 


    The festival was previously called FIRE and FIRE Festival, and starting in 2024, the official name is Hotmart FIRE. Since its creation in 2015, Hotmart has been the organizer of the festival. Therefore, including the company in the name was a natural step in its evolution.


    13.2. What changed in the festival? 


    The name changed, but it retains its essence. Hotmart FIRE continues to be the main festival focused on digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
