Can I request a refund for tickets purchased for Hotmart FIRE 2024? 

Yes. The request for a refund can be made within the guarantee period provided in the CDC - Consumer Defense Code – i.e., within 7 days from the purchase. 

For tickets purchased within 7 days or less before the date of the event, the maximum deadline for refund requests is 48 hours before the start of the event. For further questions, please contact us by email at fire@hotmart.com.

Are receipts issued?

In accordance with the special regime adopted by the city of Belo Horizonte, Hotmart will issue tax receipts for Hotmart FIRE 2024. After a ticket is purchased, the receipt is automatically generated and sent to the registered email address. If you don't receive a receipt, please contact fire@hotmart.com and request a copy.

What taxes are included in the ticket price?

The following taxes are included in the ticket price: ISSQN, which corresponds to 5% of the total price, and Pis/Cofins, which corresponds to 9.25%.

Can tickets be paid for in installments?

Yes, the ticket price can be divided into up to 12 installments, interest free, on your credit card.

Are there special conditions for the purchase of tickets by groups?

Yes. We have progressive discounts for purchasing 5 or more tickets. Contact us by email fire@hotmart.com and consult our special conditions for purchases in larger quantities.

Can I purchase more than one ticket?

Yes, as an individual or as a company, you can purchase up to five tickets simultaneously. If you want to buy more than five tickets, please contact us at fire@hotmart.com.

Can I buy access to only one of the event days?

No. Both the VIP and BIZ tickets are for all three days of the event.

Can I buy tickets outside of the Hotmart platform?

The safest way to purchase your Hotmart FIRE ticket is through the event’s official website. Hotmart isn’t responsible for tickets purchased outside of the platform and directly from third parties.

I bought my ticket but haven’t checked in yet. What should I do?

There are 3 ways to check in: 

1- Access your email, check through the recipient XX, click on the link and enter your personal data. The email with the link was sent between June 16 and 22.

2- Log in with the same email and password used on the Hotmart platform or tap Register to create a new registration on the app. In Products, you can view all purchases already made on Hotmart. If you have more than one product in your account, just search for Hotmart FIRE 2024.

3- Check in through Hotmart App. To start using the app, just follow the steps below:

Download Hotmart App from your mobile app store - Google Play (Android) or AppStore (IOS); If you already have the app, check to see if it's up to date.

Log in with the same email address and password used on the Hotmart platform or tap Register to create a new account in the app.

In Products, you can view all purchases already made on Hotmart. If you have more than one product in your account, just swipe left or right and tap on the course or event you want to access.

I’ve already checked in, but I won’t be able to attend Hotmart FIRE. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

To transfer your ticket to someone else, contact Hotmart support at fire@hotmart.com with the following subject: "Transfer of Ownership.” Send the transfer request with your registration information and the information of the person to whom the ticket will be transferred. Ticket transfers can only be made up to fifteen (15) days before the event, which is the minimum period necessary for Hotmart to make all the necessary changes.

I've secured my BIZ ticket. Can I watch the talks on the VIP Stage?

The BIZ ticket gives you access to all the talks on the main stages (R, I and E). The VIP Stage talks take place in an exclusive area within the VIP Space.

NAME CHANGE

Why did the event change its name?

The event was previously called FIRE, FIRE Festival, and from this year onwards the official name of the event is Hotmart FIRE. But, since its creation in 2015, the festival has been organized by Hotmart. Including the company to the festival's name was a natural evolution.

What has changed at the festival?

Only the name has changed, which does not change its essence in any way. Hotmart FIRE remains the same.

Will I need to exchange my ticket?

No. The ticket you have purchased for the event that will take place in Belo Horizonte on August 29, 30, and 31 remains valid for Hotmart FIRE. 

Are the confirmed attractions maintained?

Yes. All the attractions already confirmed remain. And new names will be announced weekly. Stay tuned!

I have already checked in for the festival. Do I need to do anything else?

No. If you have already checked in, it remains valid, and you do not need to do anything else.

Registration and participation

Can I pick up another participant's pass in advance or on the day of the event?

Yes, as long as you present your original ID document and a notarized power of attorney signed by the passholder. 

How will registration work on the day of the event?

Registration will open on August 29, 2 hours before the start of the scheduled events. So be sure to arrive early to avoid lines and not miss a single moment of Hotmart FIRE. To speed up your entry, check in early to have access to the quick registration booths.

Accommodations and transportation

Getting to Expominas

Expominas is located at Amazonas Avenue, 6200, Gameleira, in Belo Horizonte. The venue has outsourced parking for up to 2,000 cars.

Is there parking at the event venue?

Yes, there'll be outsourced parking for 2,000 cars.

The parking rates are: 

Cars: BRL 15.00/hour or BRL 60.00/day.

Motorcycles: BRL 8.00/hour or BRL 30.00/day. 

Payment can be made through self-checkouts or online using the QR Code located on the ticket.

There's also the option of a 3-day pass, which gives the participant a 25% discount (R$ 60,00 x 3 days x 25% discount = R$ 360,00). All you have to do on the first day, at any time of the day, is go to one of the parking booths and purchase the 3-day pass.

Does Hotmart FIRE have partnerships with any hotels?

Yes. For the 2024 edition, Hotmart FIRE has entered into a partnership with 3 selected Accor hotels, which will offer special rates for event participants. Accessibility and participation of minors

Will there be a Libras interpreter in Hotmart FIRE lectures?

Yes, all stages will have a Libras interpreter.

Will there be simultaneous interpretation?

There will be on stages I, R and E, for all talks. However, the number of listening devices is limited to 50% of each stage’s capacity. 

What will the event’s accessibility be like?

I’m under the age of 18, can I attend Hotmart FIRE?

Yes, but you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. As such, you’ll need to purchase 02 tickets in the same category. In this case, please contact support via email at fire@hotmart.com.

How can emancipated minors attend? 

They can enter without the company of their parents or guardians, as long as they present a public instrument of emancipation registered at a notary's office, and an identification document with a photo.

In cases where the parents won’t attend the event, what are the conditions for someone else to appear as a legal guardian in their place? 

In addition to parents, in principle, court-appointed guardians can be legal representatives. Both parents and guardians must present a liability waiver for the accompanying minor, it's available in the event's terms and conditions and registration.

Platform access and content on demand 

Will the event be streamed online?

2024 Hotmart FIRE will not have live streaming. Authorized recordings of the lectures will be made available post-event on our platform. For VIP buyers, recordings will be available for 30 days. For BIZ buyers, they will be available for 10 days. The date of availability of the content will be informed later. To access the content, it is important that the check-in is done with your email and not the buyer's.

What can't I bring to the Hotmart FIRE?

For the safety of all, objects that may be considered dangerous will not be admitted, such as:

• cans.
• rigid packaging with lids (example: plastic containers of the "Tupperware" type).
• helmets.
• firearms or melee weapons of any kind (knives, pocketknives, etc.).
• chairs/stools.
• sharp objects.
• piercing or cutting objects (scissors, styli, tweezers, nail clippers).
• fireworks, explosive devices, flares and incendiary devices of any kind.
• alcoholic beverages.
• poisonous and/or toxic substances, including illegal drugs.
• skateboards, bicycles or any type of motor vehicles or non-motor vehicles.
• Styrofoam containers, coolers or any type of utensil for storage.
• manual or electric air pump.

Under no circumstances will we keep objects not allowed in our custody, they must be discarded by the owner before entering the event.

Persons who refuse to dispose of unauthorized objects, or who have inappropriate behavior and contrary to public order, will not be allowed to enter or remain in the event.

Is the entry of a guide dog and/or emotional assistance dog allowed?

Guide dogs and emotional assistance dogs are allowed entrance.

Law 11.126/05 provides for the right to accompany visually-impaired people by their guide dogs in places and means of transportation open to the public. Thus, if you have a dog for this type of support, it is possible to enter the event as long as you follow the rules below: 

• Leash and collar are mandatory in dogs;
• Presentation of the updated vaccination card, with proof of multiple vaccination and anti-rabies vaccination, signed by a veterinarian registered with the regulatory body of the profession; 
• Identification plate used on the animal's neck;
• Guide Dog identification card issued by the competent body. 
• In cases of support dogs, it is necessary to present all the documents above, but instead of the guide dog identification card, it is necessary to provide an updated report issued by a psychiatrist in the area evidencing the need for your animal to be accompanying you, including all the data for both the person and their pet! 
  

Is there a minimum age to attend the event?

All ages are welcome at our event. Rest assured that you will be able to enjoy the event alongside the little ones. ;)

Children under the age of 16 may attend the event provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adolescents aged 16 and 17 can attend the event alone, with the authorization of their guardians

Minor without a CPF registration, what to do?

In order to purchase any ticket for the Hotmart FIRE, it is necessary to fill in the CPF document in the credential. In cases of minors who do not yet have this document, we ask that the credential be filled in with the CPF of their guardian

Will there be a wheelchair available for rental?

We provide a limited number of wheelchairs at the event for those who need to use them. These chairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis upon presentation of a medical report evidencing the need thereof. 

As previously stated, quantity is limited, and subject to availability. There is no charge for use.

Is it allowed to enter the event with food?

Food will be allowed to enter the event as long as it is in its original sealed packaging. 

If it is a non-industrialized food, it must be in a closed plastic packaging (insulfilm plastic, aluminum foil, plastic bag). Containers of the "Tupperware" type are not allowed. You can bring sandwiches, cut fruit.

You can bring water in plastic bottles or cups (example: mineral water).

Boxed juices, soft drinks in bottles up to 600ml are also allowed.

Objects that pose a safety risk, such as glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages, will not be allowed entrance.

How can I report another participant’s inappropriate behavior?

Contact the event’s organization through the following emails: conduct_fire@hotmart.com and fire@hotmart.com. Our code of conduct outlines UNCONDITIONAL RESPECT among everyone involved in the event, during all steps. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, derogatory practices, or comments that characterize intolerance or oppression. The Hotmart team will take the measures it deems appropriate to prevent inappropriate behavior.
