4.1. Natural and legal persons shall be eligible to participate in the Program who cumulatively: (i) in the case of a natural person, are over 18 (eighteen) years of age; and, in the case of a legal person, are regularly incorporated, have a legal representative over 18 (eighteen) years of age with powers to adhere to these Regulations; (ii) complete their affiliation to the Program in the form provided by Hotmart during the Validity Period; (iii) possess a valid, active Hotmart account eligible to participate in the Program; (iv) hold a valid CPF or CNPJ in good standing with the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil, as applicable; (v) maintain their Hotmart account and registration data updated, adhering to platform policies and procedures; and (vi) do not have a suspended, blocked, or restricted account preventing Program participation or receipt of Commissions.
4.2. Participation in the Program is linked to the Affiliate registered on the Platform and is personal and non-transferable, prohibiting assignment, transfer, or sharing of participation, in whole or in part, without prior express authorization from Hotmart.
4.3. Hotmart may, at any time and at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or cancel the participation of any Affiliate who breaches these Regulations, the Hotmart Platform Terms of Use, or applicable legislation, as well as commits fraud, abuse of rights, and/or any conduct compromising the integrity, security, reputation, or regular execution of the Program.
4.3.1. Without prejudice to other conduct deemed irregular, the following constitute grounds that may result in suspension, restriction, or exclusion of the Affiliate from the Program, as well as cancellation of entitlement to receive respective Commissions: (i) making or attempting to make purchases for self-benefit, directly or indirectly, to generate Commissions ("self-purchase"); (ii) using third parties, interposing persons, or any other mechanisms designed to simulate sales or circumvent the rules of these Regulations; (iii) creating or using false, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts; (iv) using automated mechanisms, robots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate sales tracking or Platform operation; (v) disseminating false, misleading, or deceptive information about the Event, Hotmart, or tickets sold; (vi) violating third-party rights, applicable law, Hotmart Platform Terms of Use, or these Regulations; and (vii) any other conduct characterizing, at Hotmart's discretion and internal investigation, an attempt at fraud, manipulation, or improper use of the Program.
5. CLAUSE FIVE - PROGRAM MECHANICS
5.1. Upon completion of affiliation to the Program, Hotmart will provide the Affiliate, through the Platform, an exclusive promotional link for the Event, intended to direct potential buyers to official ticket sales pages.
5.2. The Affiliate shall act exclusively in promoting the Event and directing potential buyers to Hotmart's official sales pages using the link provided on the Platform, complying with these Regulations, the Hotmart Platform Terms of Use, and applicable legislation.
5.3. The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they do not have authorization to sell tickets directly, receive payments from buyers, negotiate prices, grant discounts, alter commercial terms, assume obligations, or enter into commitments on behalf of Hotmart, nor act as its representative, employee, agent, or distributor to third parties.
5.4. Eligible Sales of VIP and BIZ ticket categories will generate a Commission for the Affiliate corresponding to 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Sales Amount of each Eligible Sale, regardless of the ticket category purchased, as determined by Hotmart's systems and subject to these Regulations.
5.4.1. The Net Sales Amount may vary depending on conditions effectively applicable to each transaction, including due to coupons, discounts, promotional conditions, Platform fees, rates, charges, and other amounts applicable to the respective sale. Consequently, Commission amounts may vary between Eligible Sales, even within the same ticket category.
5.4.2. For Commission calculation purposes, only values and information recorded in Hotmart's systems regarding the respective Eligible Sale will be considered, except upon proof of material error.
5.4.3. The Affiliate may track sales-related information through features and reports available on the Hotmart Platform, including total sales, net revenue, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction status, according to filters and features provided by the Platform.
5.5. Each Eligible Sale may be attributed exclusively to a single Affiliate. Sales attribution, validation, determination of respective Net Sales Amount, and Commission calculation will be performed by Hotmart based on system records, official sales identification mechanisms, and validation criteria applicable to the Program.
5.6. Only Eligible Sales duly identified and validated by Hotmart grant the right to receive Commissions, subject to the conditions in these Regulations.
5.7. There will be no maximum limit on Eligible Sales or Commissions that may be earned by the Affiliate during the Program's Validity Period. Only Eligible Sales completed by the end of the Validity Period on September 9, 2026, may generate the right to receive Commissions.
5.8. Records, logs, controls, and other information contained on the Platform shall constitute the official source for identifying and calculating Eligible Sales, respective Net Sales Amount, and Commissions due, prevailing in case of discrepancy, except upon proof of material error.
6. CLAUSE SIX – ELIGIBLE SALES
6.1. Only ticket purchases for the Event that are duly identified, have confirmed payment, and are subsequently validated by Hotmart shall be considered Eligible Sales for Commission calculation and payment purposes, subject to these Regulations.
6.2. Sales shall not be considered Eligible Sales and shall not generate entitlement to Commissions if they: (i) are canceled, refunded, reversed, subject to chargeback, or undone due to exercise of right of withdrawal by the buyer; (ii) are identified as fraudulent or conducted via simulation, manipulation, self-purchase, use of interposed third parties, or any mechanism aimed at improperly obtaining Commissions; (iii) conflict with these Regulations, Hotmart Platform Terms of Use, or applicable legislation; (iv) are blocked, invalidated, or disregarded due to internal anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, compliance, information security, or other internal Hotmart procedures; (v) occur before the start or after the end of the Validity Period, or cannot be validly attributed to the respective Affiliate through official identification and tracking mechanisms used by Hotmart; (vi) present operational error, duplicate registration, or any inconsistency preventing validation.
6.3. Occurrence of any hypothesis provided in this Clause shall result in disregarding the respective sale for all Program purposes, generating no right to Commission payment or, if already calculated or paid, authorizing Hotmart to cancel, retain, offset, or deduct it from future payments, as applicable.
6.4. If an Eligible Sale undergoes adjustment, discount, partial refund, or any alteration reducing or modifying its Net Sales Amount without ceasing to be an Eligible Sale, the Commission will be recalculated proportionally based on the Net Sales Amount after adjustment. If already calculated or paid, Hotmart may make corresponding adjustments, offsets, or deductions, including from future payments.
7. CLAUSE SEVEN - PROGRAM INTEGRITY
7.1. The Affiliate shall act in accordance with the purpose of this Program, observing principles of good faith, loyalty, transparency, ethics, and applicable legislation throughout their participation.

7.3. The Affiliate shall conduct Event promotion ethically, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws, being prohibited from, among other things: (i) disclosing false, incomplete, or misleading information about Hotmart, the Event, or tickets; (ii) improperly using Hotmart trademarks, visual identity, or materials outside granted authorizations; (iii) engaging in spam, abusive advertising, or unlawful dissemination; (iv) making promises, offers, guarantees, or assuming obligations on behalf of Hotmart without express authorization.
7.4. Hotmart may at any time perform audits and adopt procedures it deems necessary to verify the regularity of Eligible Sales and compliance with these Regulations, using registration info, transaction records, Platform logs, and other legitimately processed information within Program execution.
7.5. Finding of fraud, attempted fraud, breach of these Regulations, Hotmart Platform Terms of Use, Code of Ethics and Conduct, or compliance policies may result, at Hotmart's sole discretion and upon simple prior notice, without prejudice to other measures: (i) suspension or exclusion of the Affiliate from the Program; (ii) cancellation of Eligible Sales linked to irregularity; (iii) retention, offset, cancellation, or chargeback of corresponding Commissions; and (iv) adoption of applicable judicial, extrajudicial, and administrative measures.
8. CLAUSE EIGHT - CALCULATION AND PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS
8.1. For validating sales attributed to the Affiliate, Hotmart may use a period of up to 30 (thirty) days from confirmation of each ticket purchase to perform necessary verifications, including cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, exercise of right of withdrawal, compliance procedures, anti-money laundering, and operational adjustments.
8.2. Concluded validation, Hotmart will calculate Eligible Sales and Net Sales Amount based on Hotmart Platform records and official identification mechanisms. Commission shall correspond to 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Sales Amount of each Eligible Sale.
8.3. Only ticket purchases effectively validated by Hotmart constitute Eligible Sales. Canceled, refunded, reversed, chargebacked, fraudulent, withdrawn, or incomplete/unvalidated ticket purchases generate no right to Commission.
8.4. Upon fulfilling the conditions set forth herein, respective Commissions will be made available for withdrawal within up to 30 (thirty) days from availability of the settlement report.
8.5. Withdrawal of Commissions shall be conditional upon execution and submission of the corresponding receipt by the Affiliate.
9. CLAUSE NINE - PROMOTION AND USE OF OFFICIAL MATERIALS
9.1. The Affiliate shall promote the Program legally, ethically, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws, Regulations, and Hotmart guidelines, refraining from actions that could mislead third parties or harm Hotmart's, the Event's, or partners' image, reputation, or rights.
9.2. The Affiliate is fully responsible for information, content, and communications published under the Program, adhering to applicable legislation, including advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property, and data protection rules.

9.4. Hotmart grants the Affiliate, during the Validity Period, a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Official Materials exclusively for Program promotion, prohibiting alteration or use after Program end without prior express consent.
9.5. Hotmart may at any time demand removal, modification, or termination of any promotional content non-compliant with these Regulations.
