What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made in up to 12 interest-free installments by credit card (with up to two cards), PIX, boleto, Hotmart account, PayPal, and Caixa virtual card.
How do I receive my ticket?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your purchase confirmation and access to your Hotmart FIRE ticket.

Can I buy now and change my ticket date later?
No. When purchasing your BIZ Day ticket, you must select the day you will attend at the time of purchase. This ticket category does not allow you to change the date of attendance.
If you wish to cancel your ticket, you may request a refund within the withdrawal period established by the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), which is up to 7 days from the date of purchase. The refund request must be sent to fire@hotmart.com.
For tickets purchased within 7 days before the festival, the maximum deadline to request a refund is up to 48 hours before the event starts.
How can I check the schedule for each day to choose my BIZ Day ticket date?
We are preparing an amazing schedule for all three days. Speakers and attractions are being announced as they are confirmed. Follow @hotmartfire on Instagram to stay updated on all the news.
Can I buy tickets for more than one day in the same transaction?
If you want to buy multiple BIZ Day tickets for the same day, you can do so in a single transaction.
However, if you want to purchase BIZ Day tickets for different days, you must complete a separate transaction for each selected day.
I don’t have enough credit card limit. Can I use a smart installment plan?
Yes! You can secure your ticket with a smart installment plan that does not use up your credit card limit. Simply complete your purchase, and this method will be activated automatically.
